What format are the photos in?
All Shutter Shots photos are in JPG format.

Do you add photos on a regular basis?
Yes. We add photos as they are taken. Click on "Newest Photos" to see the latest photos that our photographers have posted.

Can I submit photos to sell?
YES, we welcome other photographers, come join Shutter Shots today and you could have the protential to earn a monthly income. Our payout is 75 cents per picture that you sell. Once you join and upload your photos they will be stored in our approval section. Once we approve your photo for our photo stock site it will become available to our customers. Please read our page for Uploading Photos. You will also need to fill out our model release form if you submit stock photos that contain recognizable people or children.

Do you offer refunds?
Once your purchase is made we can not offer a refund. The reason for this policy is because we offer full access to our entire digital collection of photos and, as such, there is no way for our products to be returned. On a rare occasion we will make exceptions on a case by case basis.

Are there any restrictions on my use of the Shutter Shots photos that I download?
Yes. While Shutter Shots offers great freedoms and a wide ranges of uses, we do not allow the redistribution of our photos, or allow the use of our photos within products that are mass distributed in any type of archive format. For example you MAY NOT buy our images and then resell them on CD's, Internet Downloads or other mass media.

Once I purchase, are there any other fees I will encounter when downloading from the site?
No, you pay only for the products you purchased and are allowed access to download any photos on our site at no extra charge. You will have a limited time, so, to avoid problems please download your products in that time frame.

Is account sharing allowed?
NO, sharing an account is no different than distributing our materials to others. Individual accounts must be purchased by your friends and colleagues.

Do you remove images?
Yes sometimes. Shutter Shots reserves the right to elect at a later date to replace any Stock Photo or other Image with an alternative for any reason. Upon such replacement, the license for the replaced Stock Photo or Images terminates and the current stated license listed on this site automatically applies to the replacement images. 

Do you link to Third Party Sites?
Shutter Shots may provide links to third party sites as a convenience to our customers. Shutter Shots DOES NOT CONTROL third party links or links to other third parth sites. Shutter Shots IS NOT RESPONSIBLE for the content of any linked sites. Links to third party sites ARE NOT ENDORSEMENTS by Shutter Shots.

I uploaded photos and they are not selling? WHY?
Sometimes not all photos sell. Try uploading a different subject. Look at the picture closley. Is it clear with good lighting? Does it attract attention? Would YOU buy it? Is the subject in focus with good color and interesting? Would the photo look good on a website? When taking pictures, be CREATIVE.
